Ann-Kristine Vinka is responsible for leading and developing the business strategically and tactically to achieve the vision and goals based on the Board’s decided development and business plan. Part of the work includes participating in regional, national and international networks. All work is supported by the association’s statutes and values.

Daniela Nedelcheva is responsible for coordinating the association’s projects and for starting up new collaborative projects. Daniela is also the project manager for the development project Biosphere Reserve Vindelälven-Juhttátahkka model area for sustainable development which is financed by Region Västerbotten. Municipalities covered by the project are Arjeplog, Sorsele, Lycksele, Vindeln, Vännäs and Umeå municipalities.

Jessica Öberg is the main project manager with budget responsibility for the LONA project, Digital map of places to visit in the biosphere reserve. The project includes developing 100 sustainable places to visit within the Biosphere Reserve Area Vindelälven-Juhttátahkka. The project owner is Vindeln municipality. Other municipalities included in the project are Sorsele, Lycksele, Vännäs and Umeå . The project runs until April 30, 2023.
